1. School fees are to be paid in 3 instalments. First term fees before 10th of August, Second term fees before 10thDecember. Third term before 10thMarch. All school fees must be paid before each Term Examination. Only then they shall be permitted to write the exams.
2. Parents are requested to bring their children to school before 9.10 am and to take them back home before 3.45 pm.
3. Parents should cooperate with the school authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline and seeing that their children do their homework daily.
4. No parent or guardian is permitted to question the Norms and Activities of the school.
5. If parents have any complaints, they must bring them to the notice of the Headmistress with due respect.
6. Parents are not permitted to go to the class room and meet the teachers during class hours.
7. Kindly make use of the diary and go through the remarks made by the teachers.
8. Please attend the P. T. meetings regularly. You will be able to meet teachers during those days and discuss your child’s progress with them.
9. Please do not harass your children if they fall short of your expectations in their academic performance.
10. You are exhorted to encourage your children to take part in the co-curricular and extra-curricular activities of the school.
11. Parents are requested to give adequate importance to haircut, uniform, cleanliness etc.
Assembly begins at 9:20 am.
2. Class begins at 9:30 am and ends at 3:30 pm
3. People must wear the school uniform daily. They must always look clean and smart.
4. People must bring a hand towel and a spoon to school each day.
5. Jewellery must not be worn in school. The school is not responsible for books, tiffin boxes, clothes, money, bicycles, jewellery etc. lost or damaged in the school premises.
6. People are not allowed to leave the school premises without the permission of the Headmistress.
7. No book, toy, magazine or any other literature not related to study should be brought to school.
8. Electronic devices like Mobile Phones, Tabs, CD, Memory Card, Pen drive etc. are not allowed in the school.
9. Desks, benches, chairs, walls, floors, surroundings etc. must be kept neat and clean. Litter must be put in the bins.
10. Do not fight, push, kick or use bad words in school.
11. Always obey the Sisters and Teachers.
12. Promotion will be granted or denied on the basis of marks obtained in the examinations.
13. It is forbidden to write or scribble on the walls, desk. Any damage or breakage must be paid for according to the discretion of the school authorities.
14. People are required to appear for all examination and monthly tests.
15. People are not allowed to enter other class rooms at any time.
16. Students suffering from contagious or infectious diseases will not be allowed to sit in the class.
17. Parents or visitors are not allowed to see the students or contact their teachers during school hours without the permission of the Headmistress. They should come only during recess time.

SCIENCE LAB
The School has set up a spacious laboratory for Biology, Chemistry and Physics. This laboratoryis equipped with all modern instruments suitable for the classes up to STD X.
SMART CLASSROOMS
Smart classrooms are recently added facility at our School. This type of class room can enhance the audio- visual learning with animated pictures accompanied with technology. Thus, this type of smart class room can instil teaching and learning exciting and easy for teachers and students.
ROSMINI AUDITORIUM
We have an open auditorium with the multipurpose usage for Annual Board Meeting, Parent/Teacher/Student Orientation, Assembly and lectures by resource persons.
POTABLE WATER
A Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant is operational in the school and ensures uninterrupted supply of clean drinking water.
CAFETERIA CUM STATIONARY
This School cares about overall health of each students. We try to provide eco sweets, confectionaries that are good for the growing students besides they could buy the necessary stationary items.

ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
Rosminian Alumni was established on the day of the inauguration of Silver Jubilee year 2021.Rosmini Convent High School Alumni Association creates and maintains a life-long connection between the School and its alumni. The aim of the Association is to foster strong bonds between alumni, students and the school, to keep alumni informed, and create a network enabling them to remain engaged with their alma mater and help shape it's future through the Association's programmes and services. In the first meeting of alumni association, Prof. Castro was elected as the president of Alumni Association.
LIBRARY
The school has a library that can accommodate up to twenty students at a time. It has nearly four thousand books on various subjects besides periodicals, encyclopaedias, dictionaries and books on almost all topics required for the students.
INFIRMARY
The school has an infirmary room for students in case of any emergency. Minor ailments and health problems of the students are attended by qualified sister nurse at a well-equipped first-aid room which functions throughout the day. Students’ health and fitness is annually checked by medical experts.
PLAY GROUNDS AND CHILDREN’S PARK
This School has a Basketball court,Mini Football ground, Table tennis court , Shuttlecock court used by the students to strengthen their physical fitness and skills. Professional coaches train students to excel in sports/games of their choice. Children’s Park is well made use by our little ones to cherish their presence in a playful and colourful manner.
TRANSPORT
The school provides facility of a few buses. Majority of students travel by our school buses to ensure safety and security.
FIRE AND SAFETY MEASURES AND CCTV
We take a great responsibility and accountability to ensure the ongoing safety of both their students and teachers while on school premises. Schools are often targeted by intruders during out of hours periods, such as weekends, nights, term holiday periods or other events. Our school’s premises have hi-tech in order to protect as well as deter anti-social behaviour. We completely adhere to the guidance of the Department of Education regarding guidance security measures which include lightning arrester, fencing, equipment storage, alarms and CCTV.
